ANALISIS KORELASI PEMBEBANAN DAN SUHU TERHADAP MASA PAKAI TRANSFORMATOR DAYA 30 MVA MENGGUNAKAN METODE SPEARMAN DI GARDU INDUK BUNGARAN PT PLN (PERSERO)
This study shows that transformer loading has a significant relationship with operating winding temperature, with a Spearman correlation coefficient of 0.552, which falls into the strong category and is supported by a Sig. value < 0.001 and Interval of 99% in the range of 0.512–0.600. The coefficient of determination indicates that loading contributes 30.47% to changes in transformer winding temperature. Additionally, increased loading and operating temperature cause an increase in the transformer’s Loss of Life value from 0.002640% in 2021 to 0.004227% in 2025, with a total accumulation of 0.017372% or equivalent to a reduction in service life of approximately 31.36 hours from the transformer’s normal lifespan. The results of the sensitivity analysis indicate that every 1°C increase in winding temperature can increase the reduction in transformer lifespan by 0.000485% or the equivalent of approximately 0.87 hours. Therefore, the results of this study can be used as a basis for evaluating the thermal condition of transformers and supporting predictive maintenance through periodic monitoring of load and winding temperature.
