ANALISIS RISIKO KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA DENGAN METODE HAZARD IDENTIFICATION RISK ASSESSMENT AND RISK CONTROL
The Clean Water Pipeline Network construction project is a pipeline project that has potential OHS hazards in all stages of work and this study aims to analyze OHS risks using the HIRARC method quantitatively to assess the level of hazard and effectiveness of control. The data obtained shows that there are 19 OHS risks spread across 11 types of work with risk levels dominated by the medium category of 13 low risks, and 0 high risks, especially in the preparation of the pipeline network construction work as well as the procurement and installation of pipes that have not been fully effective so that increased control is needed based on the level of risk. The results of this study are expected to be the basis for improving OHS risk management, increasing the effectiveness of control and decision making for preventing work accidents to support the achievement of zero accidents on the project.
