PENGEMBANGAN BAHAN AJAR DIGITAL BERBASIS MULTIMODA BERBANTUAN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) BERTEMA EDUKASI KESEHATAN DALAM PEMBELAJARAN TEKS EKSPOSISI DI KELAS X SMA NEGERI 1 PALEMBANG
This study aims to: (1) describe the needs of teachers and students for the development of multimodal digital teaching materials assisted by artificial intelligence (AI) with the theme of health education; (2) produce a design for the development of these digital teaching materials; and (3) describe the results of validation of the development of digital teaching materials in expository text learning for class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Palembang. This study is a research & development (R&D) study using the Alessi and Trollip model which consists of three stages, namely the planning stage, the design stage, and the development stage. The research data are in the form of qualitative data through interviews and quantitative data through questionnaires. The results of the analysis of student needs obtained a high percentage, in the learning objectives aspect obtained a percentage of 79.6%, the learning material aspect the percentage was 82.16%, the media presentation aspect obtained a percentage of 78.48%, the learning evaluation aspect obtained a percentage of 74.85%, and the learning model aspect obtained a percentage of 75.37%. The results of the teacher needs analysis obtained a high percentage, from the aspects of learning objectives, learning materials, media presentation, learning evaluation, and learning models, all obtained a percentage score of 100%. The validation test was carried out by material experts, media experts, and language experts. The validation results showed a percentage of material feasibility of 95%, media 95.31%, language 90.90%. Based on these results, the digital teaching materials based on multimodal assisted by artificial intelligence (AI) were declared very suitable for use by teachers and students of class X of SMA Negeri 1 Palembang.
