MODEL PERMINTAAN SKINCARE BERLABEL HALAL (STUDI KASUS MAHASISWA DI KOTA PALEMBANG)
This study aims to analyze the effect of price, income, religiosity, perception, and product quality on the demand for halal-labeled skincare (a case study of students in Palembang City). This study used primary data from 100 respondents through a non-probability sampling method with an accidental sampling approach. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 23. The results showed that price had a negative and significant effect on the demand for halal-labeled skincare. Income, perception, and product quality had positive and significant effects, while religiosity had a positive but insignificant effect on the demand for halal-labeled skincare among students in Palembang City. Simultaneously, price, income, religiosity, perception, and product quality significantly affected the demand for halal-labeled skincare.
