PENGEMBANGAN E-MODULE PLC BERBASIS ARDUINO UNO MATA KULIAH LISTRIK DAN ELEKTRONIKA INDUSTRI PENDIDIKAN TEKNIK MESIN UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA
This study aims to develop an Arduino Uno-based Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) e-module for the Electrical and Industrial Electronics course in the Mechanical Engineering Education Study Program at Sriwijaya University that has good levels of validity and practicality. This research was motivated by the limited availability of interactive learning media that can help students understand PLC concepts and connect theory with practice independently. The method used in this study was Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE development model, which consists of the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research data were obtained through validation sheets from material experts and media experts, as well as student response questionnaires to determine the practicality level of the e-module. The research subjects were students of the Mechanical Engineering Education Study Program at Sriwijaya University. The results showed that the developed Arduino Uno-based PLC e-module had a very high level of validity, with material expert validation results of 87% and media expert validation results of 93%. In addition, the field trial conducted with 24 students showed a practicality level of 83%, which falls into the very practical category. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the Arduino Uno-based PLC e-module developed is feasible to be used as a learning medium in the Electrical and Industrial Electronics course.
