ANALISIS PENGARUH HARGA KONSUMEN DAN IMPOR TERHADAP PRODUKSI BERAS (ISIC 1061) DI INDONESIA TAHUN 2010–2023

This study aims to analyze the effects of rice prices, rice imports, and instant noodle prices on rice production in Indonesia during the 2010–2023 period. A quantitative approach is employed using secondary data analyzed through a Generalized Linear Model (GLM) with a Poisson distribution. The findings reveal that rice prices and instant noodle prices are negatively associated with rice production, while rice imports show a positive relationship. However, none of the independent variables are statistically significant. These results suggest that rice production in Indonesia is not solely determined by price and import factors, but is also influenced by other elements such as climate conditions, government policies, and structural characteristics of the agricultural sector. Therefore, a more comprehensive analytical framework is needed to better capture the determinants of rice production. Keywords: rice production, rice prices, rice imports, GLM
