PROSEDUR PELAYANAN ADMINISTRASI PERPAJAKAN DALAM PERUBAHAN IDENTITAS DATA WAJIB PAJAK MELALUI SISTEM CORETAX DI KPP PRATAMA PALEMBANG ILIR BARAT

Tax administration procedures are an important part of supporting orderly administration and improving services for taxpayers, one of which is through changes to taxpayer identity data to ensure that tax information remains accurate and up to date. The Directorate General of Taxes has implemented the Coretax system as a digital platform to support more efficient and effective services. This study aims to determine how taxpayer identity data changes are handled at KPP Pratama Palembang Ilir Barat through the Coretax system using a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the procedure for changing taxpayer identity data includes receiving applications, verifying documents, processing data in the Coretax system, and issuing proof of data changes. The implementation of the Coretax system has improved the speed, accuracy, and transparency of services, although several obstacles remain, such as taxpayers’ limited understanding of the system and technical or network problems. Overall, the tax administration process through the Coretax system at KPP Pratama Palembang Ilir Barat has been implemented effectively and supports modern, accurate, and efficient services.
