HUBUNGAN SELF-EFFICACY DENGAN KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL PADA SISWA KELAS XI SMA NEGERI 1 PEMULUTAN

This study aims to determine the relationship between Self-Efficacy and interpersonal communication among eleventh-grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Pemulutan. The research employed a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The sample consisted of 126 students selected using a total sampling technique. The instruments used were the SelfEfficacy scale and the interpersonal communication scale, both of which had met validity and reliability requirements. Data analysis was conducted using the Pearson ProductMoment correlation. The results showed that students' Self-Efficacy was in the moderate category, while interpersonal communication was in the high category. The correlation test results indicated a positive and significant relationship between Self-Efficacy and interpersonal communication, with a correlation coefficient of 0.573 and a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). These findings indicate that higher Self-Efficacy tends to be associated with better interpersonal communication skills among students
