ANALISIS FAKTOR RESILIENSI AKADEMIK PADA SISWA SMA NEGERI 21 PALEMBANG
Academic resilience is an important aspect that helps students face increasingly complex learning demands, especially at the High School (SMA) level. Academic resilience refers to the student's ability to survive, adapt, and bounce back when facing difficulties in the learning process. This research aims to identify and analyze the factors that form academic resilience in SMA Negeri 21 Palembang students. The research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. The research sample consisted of 280 students who were selected using the stratified random sampling technique. The research instrument is in the form of a Likert scale questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was carried out using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). The research results show that student academic resilience consists of seven factors, namely academic persistence, self-evaluation, future orientation, self-efficacy, family support, emotional regulation, and friend support. The factors of academic persistence, self-evaluation, and future orientation are the most dominant factors in shaping students' academic resilience. Keywords: Academic resilience, Factor analysis
