Hutapea, Grecia - Personal Name;

Rubber is one of the plantation commodities that plays a fairly important role in economic activities in Indonesia. Currently, more than 12 million tons of natural rubber are produced each year, which is used in many industries to produce commercial products. Rubber contributes as a source of non-oil and gas foreign exchange, a supplier of industrial raw materials, and plays an important role in driving the growth of new economic centers in rubber development areas. Capital for rubber farming can come from farmers' personal funds or through credit facilities offered by financial institutions. Personal savings are often used by farmers to meet daily needs and investment in agriculture. However, when the capital needs are greater than what can be covered by personal savings, farmers tend to seek loans. In this case, the amount of available credit will greatly affect production capacity, because sufficient capital allows farmers to make better investments. This study aims to describe access to consumption and production credit in supporting rubber farming, analyze the relationship between consumption and production credit with rubber farm production and income, and identify the factors influencing farmers' decisions to continue rubber farming in Kemang Village, Lembak District, Muara Enim Regency from November to December 2025. The methods used in this study include Spearman correlation and factor analysis. The respondents in this study amounted to 38 people. The analyzed data shows that there is no significant relationship between consumption and production credit with rubber farm production and income, while the analysis using the factor analysis method shows that the sustainability of rubber farming in Kemang Village is influenced by three main factors, namely: (1) Human Capital and Production Capacity, (2) Economic Access and Economic Diversification, and (3) Household Economic Pressure.
