ANALISIS NILAI-NILAI KEARIFAN LOKAL PADA TRADISI MINIATUR KAPAL JUKUNG DALAM ADAT PERNIKAHAN DI DESA LINGKIS KABUPATEN OGAN KOMERING ILIR
This study aims to determine the values of local wisdom contained in the tradition of miniature jukung boats in wedding customs in Lingkis Village, Jejawi District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach with an ethnographic research type. The data collection technique in this study uses purposive sampling so that the informants in this study amounted to 6 people with 2 supporting informants. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the analysis of the data obtained, the tradition of miniature jukung boats contains local wisdom values which include economic values, aesthetic values, social values and political values. Economic values are reflected in the history and identity of the Lingkis village community, many of whom make their living using jukung boats so that they become a symbol of wedding customs. Aesthetic values are seen from the shape, carvings, colors of the miniature jukung boats and during the delivery there is a swaying when the miniature jukung boats are carried and paraded accompanied by traditional terbangan musical instruments. Social values are reflected in the discussion of the two families of the bride and groom before the tradition is carried out. Meanwhile, political values are evident from the cooperation and deliberations between village heads and traditional institutions which require the use of the tradition of miniature jukung boats in wedding customs in Lingkis Village.
