PROSEDUR DIGITALISASI KLAIM PROGRAM PENSIUN DI PT TASPEN (PERSERO) PALEMBANG

This final report is entitled “Procedure for the Digitalization of Pension Program Claims at PT TASPEN (Persero) Palembang.” This report aims to identify the digital claim procedure for pension programs, the types of claims processed, and the obstacles encountered in implementing digital claim services. Claim digitalization is the use of information technology in public services to accelerate administrative processes, facilitate service access, and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of services for participants and beneficiaries. The discussion focuses on the claim submission process, document uploading, file checking, verification, validation, and payment of pension benefits. The results show that digitalization helps speed up services and makes it easier for participants to submit claims. However, several obstacles remain, such as limited technological understanding, system disruptions, data discrepancies, and incomplete required documents. Therefore, assistance from service officers is still needed to ensure that the claim process runs smoothly, orderly, and in accordance with the established procedures.
