PENERAPAN V-MODEL DALAM PERANCANGAN SISTEM MONITORING DAN KONTROL AIR BLASTER PABRIK BATURAJA 2 BERBASIS NODE-RED
The development of industrial automation has increased the need for adaptive, reliable, and real-time monitoring and control systems. At Baturaja Plant 2 of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk., the air blaster monitoring and control system in the Grate Cooler area still relies on locally installed Siemens WinCC SCADA on the Operator Workstation (OWS), limiting access and distribution of operational information. This research aims to design and implement a Node-RED-based monitoring and control system using the V-Model method. Data integration between the Siemens S7-1200 PLC and the Node-RED dashboard was carried out using the S7 ISO-on-TCP protocol. The system is equipped with a MySQL database for historical data storage, Excel export features, and Telegram notifications. System evaluation was conducted through Quality of Service (QoS) testing, Black Box Testing, and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The results show that the system successfully performs real-time monitoring, control, and data management. Black Box Testing achieved a success rate of 92.15%, while QoS testing showed a packet loss value of 0%. TAM evaluation also indicated a very high level of user acceptance. Therefore, the developed system is feasible for implementation in cement industry processes.
