RANCANGAN BANGUN APLIKASI PENGELOLAAN DATA RONTGEN KLINIK SU’ADAH BERBASIS WEB
The management of radiology examination data at Klinik Su’Adah is still carried out manually using notebooks and Microsoft Excel files, causing difficulties in patient data retrieval, examination result storage, and report generation. This condition also increases the risk of recording errors and data loss. This study aims to design and develop a web-based radiology data management application capable of integrating patient data, examination data, and radiology result archives into a computerized system. The system development method used in this research is the Agile method with a Scrum approach, while system testing was conducted using the Black Box Testingmethod. The application was developed using the Laravel Framework, PHP, MySQL, and Tailwind CSS with the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture. The results of this study indicate that the application was successfully developed with main features including examination type management, radiology queue management, radiology image upload, examination result input, result verification, examination history, radiology reports, PDF export, and radiology image processing settings. Black Box Testingresults show that all system functions operate according to user requirements. Therefore, this application is able to improve the efficiency, accuracy, integration, and effectiveness of radiology service management at Klinik Su’Adah.
