PENGEMBANGAN E-BOOK BERBASIS HEYZINE PADA MATERI RELIEF HEWAN SITUS CANDI BUMI AYU DALAM PEMBELAJARAN SEJARAH DI SMA SRIJAYA NEGARA PALEMBANG

The study entitled “Development of a Heyzine-Based E-book on Animal Reliefs at the Bumi Ayu Temple Site for History Learning at SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang” involved 36 students of class X.4 as the research subjects. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the Alessi & Trollip development model, which consists of the planning, design, and development stages. This research aimed to produce a digital teaching material in the form of a Heyzine-based e-book that is engaging, validated by experts, and easy to use for both teachers and students. The feasibility of the product was assessed through validation by media and subject-matter experts. The validation results indicated a media validation score of 91.17% and a material validation score of 93.75%, both categorized as highly valid. The practicality aspect was evaluated through a beta testing phase by collecting responses from the teacher and students. The teacher’s average response reached 94.23%, while the responses from class X.4 students reached 97.83%, both classified as highly practical. Based on these findings, the Heyzine-based e-book on the topic of Animal Reliefs at the Bumi Ayu Temple Site is considered highly valid and highly practical, making it suitable for use as a history learning resource for tenth-grade students at SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang.
