PENGEMBANGAN INSTRUMEN PENILAIAN KETERAMPILAN BERPIKIR KRITIS BERBASIS INQUIRY LESSON PADA MATA PELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN PACASILA DI SMA NEGERI 1 INDRALAYA

This study aims to produce an assessment instrument for critical thinking skills based on the Inquiry Lesson model that is valid, practical, and has a potential effect in the subject of Pendidikan Pancasila. This research employed a research and development (R&D) approach and was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya, involving eleventh-grade students as the research subjects. The research design used the ADDIE model. Data were collected through interviews, walkthroughs, questionnaires, observations, and documentation. Based on the data analysis results, the validity test of the assessment instrument through expert judgment using the walkthrough technique obtained 90.3% in the material aspect with a very valid category, 96.6% in the evaluation aspect with a very valid category, and 95.4% in the language aspect with a very valid category. The practicality test results at the one-to-one evaluation stage obtained an average of 89.6% with a very practical category, while at the small group evaluation stage it obtained an average of 90.3% with a very practical category. Furthermore, the results of the potential effect test at the field test stage obtained an average score of 86.6% with a very high category. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the critical thinking skills assessment instrument based on the Inquiry Lesson model in the Pendidikan Pancasila subject is valid, practical, and has a potential effect in improving students’ critical thinking skills.
