ANALISIS KINERJA CDN CLOUDFLARE TERHADAP PARAMETER QUALITY OF SERVICE DAN QUALITY OF EXPERIENCE PADA LAYANAN VIDEO STREAMING 3D MENGGUNAKAN MANOVA
3D video streaming services require a network infrastructure capable of supporting large-scale data transmission in a stable and efficient manner. A Content Delivery Network (CDN) plays an important role in improving content distribution performance by bringing servers closer to end users. This study aims to analyze the performance of the Cloudflare CDN in terms of Quality of Service (QoS) and Quality of Experience (QoE) parameters in 3D video streaming services. The QoS parameters analyzed include Throughput, Delay, Jitter, and Packet Loss, while QoE is measured using the objective Video Multi-Method Assessment Fusion (VMAF) metric. The research method used is a quantitative experimental approach with testing scenarios under various network conditions and time periods. QoS measurements were conducted using Wireshark, while QoE measurements were performed using FFmpeg to obtain VMAF values. The data were analyzed using the Multivariate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA) method. The results show that network conditions have a significant effect on both QoS and QoE. Although performance decreases under poorer network conditions, all QoS parameters remain in the Very Good category based on the TIPHON standard, while QoE values measured using VMAF fall within the Good to Very Good category based on the Netflix standard. The findings indicate that the Cloudflare CDN is capable of maintaining service quality and user experience in 3D video streaming services despite variations in network conditions.
