IMPLEMENTASI PROJECT-BASED LEARNING DALAM PEMBELAJARAN DIGIPRENEURSHIP UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MINAT MENJADI DIGIPRENEUR SISWA KELAS X PROGRAM KEAHLIAN BISNIS RETAIL DI SMK NEGERI 1 PRABUMULIH
The rapid development of digital technology has driven progress in the field of entrepreneurship and requires vocational schools to implement learning approaches that can foster students’ interest in digital-based entrepreneurship (digipreneurship). However, students’ interest in becoming digipreneurs remains relatively low because the learning process in schools has not yet provided real experiences in running digital businesses. This study aims to examine the effect of implementing Project-Based Learning on students’ interest in becoming digipreneurs and to identify the improvement in digipreneurial interest among tenth-grade students of the Retail Business Program at SMK Negeri 1 Prabumulih. This research employed a quantitative approach using a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest- posttest model. The study involved 36 students, and data were collected through questionnaires and observation. Prerequisite tests were conducted using the Chi- Square normality test, and hypothesis testing was carried out with a paired sample t- test. The results show that t_calculated = 11.796 ≥ t_table = 1.690, indicating that the implementation of Project-Based Learning significantly affects students’ interest in becoming digipreneurs. Furthermore, students’ interest increased from a pre-test mean of 67.04% to a post-test mean of 84.44%, with an N-Gain of 0.51, categorized as moderate. Thus, Project-Based Learning contributes to enhancing students’ interest through direct involvement in digital entrepreneurship projects. It is recommended that teachers and schools implement Project-Based Learning as a method of teaching digital entrepreneurship by developing strategies that utilize digital platforms at each project stage and manage instructional time effectively and systematically, and future researchers are advised to expand the research subjects.
