PENERIMA BANTUAN L ANGSUNG TUNAI DANA DESA MENGGUNAKAN METODE K-MEANS DAN SIMPLE MULTI-ATTRIBUTE RATING TECHNIQUE
The distribution of Direct Cash Assistance from Village Funds (BLT-DD) in Lubuk Seberuk Village is still carried out manually, which poses a risk of inaccuracies in determining eligible beneficiaries. Therefore, the village government requires a system that can support the selection process objectively based on predetermined criteria. This study aims to implement the K-Means and Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) methods to determine BLT-DD recipients in Lubuk Seberuk Village. The K-Means method is used to cluster data based on attribute similarity, while the SMART method is applied to rank the data included in the “eligible” clusters by ordering preference values from highest to lowest. The dataset used in this study consists of 245 records. The clustering process resulted in five clusters, with only two clusters categorized as eligible recipients, namely 18 records in Cluster 1 and 59 records in Cluster 3. Evaluation using the Davies–Bouldin Index (DBI) yielded a value of 0.350, and the Silhouette Score was 0.7692, indicating good clustering quality. The ranking results were also validated by an expert and confirmed to be consistent with actual field conditions.
