The involvement of farmer groups in empowering rice farming communities is closely related to their role in increasing farmer capacity and independence. This study aims to analyze the involvement of farmer groups in Rasuan Village, East Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach with 13 informants selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results indicate that farmer group involvement has been quite successful in the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. However, the evaluation stage remains informal and has not been systematically documented.
