Air quality is an important factor that affects human health and comfort; therefore, a monitoring system capable of operating continuously is required. This study developed an Internet of Things (IoT)-based air quality monitoring device using the ESP32 as the main controller. Measurements were carried out using the Sharp GP2Y1010AU0F sensor to detect PM2,5 particles, the MQ-135 sensor to monitor gas concentrations in the air, and the DHT22 sensor to obtain temperature and humidity data. The measurement results were transmitted through the internet and displayed on the Blynk application, while historical data were automatically stored in Google Sheets. As a direct information medium, an RGB LED was utilized to indicate air quality conditions based on predefined categories. The proposed system is capable of monitoring environmental conditions in real-time, automatically, and with easy accessibility, thereby enabling users to quickly and efficiently determine air quality conditions.
