STUDI EKSPERIMENTAL PARAMETER KELISTRIKAN DYE SENSITIZED SOLAR CELL (DSSC) MELALUI KO-SENSITISASI PIGMEN KLOROFIL, PIGMEN KAROTEN, DAN PIGMEN ANTOSIANIN
Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells (DSSCs) are third-generation solar cells with strong potential as low-cost and environmentally friendly alternative energy sources. Their performance is influenced by the type of dye used as a photosensitizer. Natural pigments such as chlorophyll, carotene, and anthocyanin can serve as alternatives to synthetic dyes due to their different light absorption ranges. This study investigates the electrical parameters of DSSCs through co-sensitization using extracts of suji leaves, orange sweet potatoes, and purple sweet potatoes. DSSC prototypes were fabricated using both single and mixed dyes to compare their performance. UV-Vis characterization indicates that pigment combinations have the potential to broaden the absorption spectrum. Testing under a 100 mW/cm² solar simulator produced J–V curves to determine Voc, Jsc, FF, Po, Pm, and efficiency. The results show that the efficiency of single dyes is relatively low (
