The development of information technology has driven transformation in office administration, particularly in digital archive management. This final report aims to analyze the implementation of the MyCX system in the Payment Collection division at PT Telkom Witel Palembang. The method used is descriptive qualitative through observation, interviews, and documentation during the internship. The results show that the MyCX system improves efficiency and effectiveness in managing customer billing data, especially in recording, storing, and retrieving documents quickly and accurately. However, several constraints remain, including limited human resource competencies, lack of system understanding, and technical issues. Therefore, optimization efforts are needed through competency improvement, system enhancement, and policy strengthening to support more effective and efficient digital archive management.
