STUDI PERFORMA LISTRIK DYE SENSITIZED SOLAR CELL (DSSC) BERBASIS ELEKTROLIT ALAMI CAMPURAN TOMAT, BELIMBING WULUH, DAN NATRIUM CLORIDA (NaCl)
Dye Sensitized Solar Cells (DSSC) are a low-cost solar cell technology with potential for development using environmentally friendly materials. This study develops a natural electrolyte from a mixture of tomato and bilimbi (ratios from 100:0 to 0:100) with the addition of 10% NaCl, and uses suji leaf extract as the dye. UV-Vis results show a maximum absorption at 679 nm (0.633 Abs), indicating good light absorption capability. Solar simulator testing shows the highest efficiency of 0.117% at a composition of 25% tomato : 75% bilimbi. These results indicate that natural electrolyte combinations affect DSSC performance and have potential as an eco-friendly alternative electrolyte.
