PENGEMBANGAN INSTRUMEN PENILAIAN KARAKTER PESERTA DIDIK PADA MATA PELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN PANCASILA DI SMA NEGERI 1 INDRALAYA

This study aims to produce a product in the form of a valid, practical character assessment instrument, and can measure honest character, discipline character, hard work character, independent character of students. This research and development was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya by involving students of class XI.10 as research subjects. This research design uses the ADDIE model. Data collection techniques use interview techniques, waltrought, questionnaires, and documentation. Based on the results of data analysis, instrument validity test through expert assessment with waltrought technique, material and character assessment instruments obtained an average result with a valid category of 80%. Language aspects with a very valid category of 90%. The one-to-one evaluation stage obtained an average of 95% in the very practical category and the small group evaluation stage obtained an average of 94% in the very practical category. Furthermore, the results of the questionnaire test that was tested on honest character students obtained an average score of 84% with a good category. Discipline obtained an average score of 86% with a very good category. Hard work character obtained an average score of 83% with a good category. The independent character obtained an average score of 82%, categorized as good. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the character assessment instrument is valid, practical, and can measure students' attitudes and character.
