The Final Report is presented to understand the procedur of recording cash for train ticket sales at PT Kereta Api (Persero) Indonesia Regional Divison III Palembang.The author conducted a fieldwork/internship to record directly with internship/fieldwork supervisor who work as an employee at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Divison III Palembang. Recording cash transactions for train ticket sales is a very important part for PT Kereta Api Indoensia (Persero) Regional Division III Palembang.The result of this fieldwork/internship activity show that the recording of cash transactions for train ticket sales at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Divison III Palembang uses the fixed fund system method ( Imperest Fund System ).
