PENGEMBANGAN E-MODUL EDUKASI REGULASI EMOSI SEBAGAI MEDIA LAYANAN BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK PADA SISWA SMA NEGERI 1 INDRALAYA UTARA

Pratiwi, Selvi Anggia - Personal Name;

Emotional regulation is an individual's ability to recognize, manage, and express emotions appropriately so they can adapt to various situations they face. This ability is important for students because during adolescence, various emotional changes often occur that can affect behavior and social relationships. This research is motivated by the continued difficulty in managing emotions, such as irritability, anxiety, and the inability to express emotions appropriately in the school environment. Therefore, media is needed that can help students understand and manage their emotions. This study aims to develop an emotional regulation education e-module as a medium for group guidance services for students of SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Utara and to determine the level of validity and practicality of the developed media. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects consisted of 8 grade XI students and a guidance counselor. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, validation sheets, and practicality assessment sheets. The results of the study indicate that the emotional regulation education e-module was declared valid based on the assessment of media, materials, and language by validators, making it suitable for use as a medium for group guidance services. The results of the practicality test obtained from students showed a percentage of 83.3%, which falls into the very practical category. Thus, the developed emotional regulation education e-module is deemed feasible and practical for use in supporting the implementation of group guidance services in schools. Keywords: e-module, emotional regulation, group guidance services
