PERENCANAAN DAN PERANCANGAN SHOPPING CENTRE SEBAGAI WADAH UMKM DENGAN PENDEKATAN PERMEABILITY ARCHITECTURE DI KOTA LUBUKLINGGAU
The Planning and Design of a Shopping Centre as an MSME hub in Lubuklinggau City is developed to provide an integrated commercial facility that accommodates MSME activities in a more organized, representative, and publicly connected environment. The dispersed nature of current MSME activities highlights the need for a centralized hub that combines commercial, recreational, and social functions within one area. The permeability approach is applied to create open spatial connections, clear circulation, and smooth access through circular massing, radial circulation patterns, and landscape arrangements that guide natural movement. The building consists of three floors accommodating MSME areas, branded outlets with green spaces, and entertainment and culinary facilities, enabling the shopping centre to serve as an inclusive public space that strengthens MSMEs and supports the local economy.
