PERAN TIM PENGGERAK PEMBINA GENERUS (PPG) DALAM MEMBANGUN KARAKTER DISIPLIN DAN TANGGUNG JAWAB GENERUS LDII DI KELURAHAN TANJUNG RAMAN

This study aims to describe the role of the Tim Penggerak Pembina Generus (PPG) in building the characters of discipline and responsibility among LDII youth in Tanjung Raman Village. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection was conducted through documentation, interviews, and observation techniques. The informants in this study consisted of the chairman and members of the PPG team. Data analysis techniques included data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the role of PPG is carried out through various structured development activities such as routine religious gatherings (pengajian), leadership training, and social activities. The formation of disciplined character is realized through the habituation of obedience to rules and activity timing, while the character of responsibility is instilled through the assignment of mandates within the organization. This coaching process integrates moral values through the exemplary behavior of the mentors and the continuous habituation of positive behaviors. The conclusion of this study is that the Tim Penggerak Pembina Generus (PPG) plays a significant role as a facilitator and motivator in shaping the discipline and responsibility of youth in Tanjung Raman Village through persuasive and educational approaches.
