PENGARUH AGROWISATA TERHADAP KESEJAHTERAAN TENAGA KERJA LOKAL DI DESA SINDANG PANJANG, TANJUNG SAKTI, KABUPATEN LAHAT

Agrotourism is a tourism activity to agricultural areas that covers various sectors such as plantations, livestock, fisheries, and agriculture in general. This study aims to determine the effect of Tanjung Sakti Agrotourism on the welfare of local workers in Sindang Panjang Village, Lahat Regency. This study uses a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population in this study amounted to 30 local workers SO that the sampling used saturated samples. Data analysis techniques in this study used validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive analysis, normality tests, linearity tests, hypothesis tests (t-tests) and coefficients of determination (R²), this analysis used the help of Excel and SPSS programs. The results of the study indicate that the existence of Tanjung Sakti Agrotourism has a strong influence on the welfare of local workers in Sindang Panjang Village.
