This study examines the sustainability of pineapple farming in Tanjung Lalang Village, Payaraman District, Ogan Ilir Regency, Indonesia, focusing on economic, social, and environmental dimensions. Using a survey method, data were collected from 40 farmers selected through simple random sampling, combining primary data interviews and questionnaires and secondary data from relevant institutions. The analysis employed the Rap-Farm approach with Multidimensional Scaling (MDS), supported by leverage and Monte Carlo analyses. The results indicate that, based on farmers’ perceptions, the farming condition is categorized as high in the economic (4.15) and environmental (4.00) dimensions, and moderate in the social dimension (3.26). The sustainability index shows that pineapple farming is “moderately sustainable” across all dimensions, with index values of 63.45 (economic), 50.60 (social), and 63.45 (environmental). Key sensitive attributes influencing sustainability include market access and income contribution (economic), farmer institutions and social interaction (social), and chemical input use and waste management (environmental). Monte Carlo analysis confirms that the results are stable and reliable. Overall, improving institutional support, market access, and environmentally friendly practices is essential to enhance the long-term sustainability of pineapple farming in the study area.
