This study aims to determine the effect of busy book media on the fine motor skills of children aged 4–5 years at Bina Cakrawala Kindergarten PALI. The method used is quantitative with a one-group pretest-posttest design, and the sampling technique uses purposive sampling with a total of 10 children. Data collection techniques use performance test sheets to measure children's fine motor skills before and after treatment, and data analysis was carried out using the SPSS program through normality tests and t-tests. The results show that tcalculated = 6.587 and ttable = 1.833, so tcalculated ≥ ttable (6.587 ≥ 1.833), which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Thus, there is a significant effect of the use of busy book media on the fine motor skills of children aged 4–5 years at Bina Cakrawala Kindergarten PALI. In conclusion, busy book media has a significant effect on the development of children's fine motor skills. Therefore, teachers are advised to combine more varied and engaging learning media, and future researchers are recommended to use larger samples to obtain more accurate results. The implication of this study is that busy book media can be used as an effective alternative learning tool to improve children's fine motor skills, where teachers can use it regularly, schools can support the provision of innovative media, and parents can apply it as an educational activity at home.
