PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA FLASHCARD UNTUK EDUKASI RESOLUSI KONFLIK PADA SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR

Conflicts among elementary school students are a common issue that needs proper handling, making them an important background for this study. This research aims to develop flashcard media as an educational tool for conflict resolution among elementary school students. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The research was conducted at SD Negeri 5 Indralaya, with elementary school students as the subjects. Data collection techniques included needs analysis interviews, conflict resolution questionnaires, and feasibility assessment questionnaires. The developed media were validated by media experts, language experts, and material experts to determine their validity. Furthermore, the media were tested on 3 teachers and 36 students to evaluate their practicality. The results showed that the developed flashcard media were valid and demonstrated a very high level of practicality. This was indicated by the trial results, with practicality percentages of 92% in one-to-one trials, 87% in small group trials, and 81% in field tests with students, as well as 93% from teachers. These findings indicate that the flashcard media are feasible and practical to be used as an educational tool for conflict resolution among elementary school students.
