ANALISIS PERFORMA ALGORITMA LOAD BALANCING PADA LINGKUNGAN PRIVATE CLOUD MENGGUNAKAN TWO-WAY ANOVA DAN POST-HOC TUKEY
Load balancing is an essential mechanism in private cloud environments for distributing workloads across multiple servers to improve system performance and service availability. This study aims to evaluate the performance of Round Robin, Least Connections, Weighted Round Robin, and IP Hash algorithms in a Proxmox VE-based private cloud environment using Nginx as the load balancer. Experiments were conducted using Apache Benchmark under 500 and 1000 request scenarios with a concurrency level of 50. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, statistical assumption tests, Two-Way ANOVA, and Post-Hoc Tukey HSD. The results indicate that the load balancing algorithm, request volume, and their interaction significantly affect system response time (p < 0.05). Among the evaluated algorithms, IP Hash achieved the lowest average response time under the tested configuration. This study proposes a structured load balancing evaluation framework that integrates performance testing and inferential statistical analysis to provide a more objective assessment of load balancing performance.
