This study is entitled The Development of MEPAS-EHL (Megalitik Pasemah E-Magazine for History Learning) as a Learning Material in Class X of SMAN 2 Palembang. The research was conducted in class X.6 of SMAN 2 Palembang and employed Research and Development (R&D) using the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). The objective of this study was to develop a digital learning material in the form of an e-magazine that is valid and practical for use in history learning. The validity of the product was evaluated by material and media experts using Aiken’s V formula, resulting in an index of 0.92 for material validation and 0.83 for media validation, with an average validity index of 0.87, indicating that the product is categorized as very valid. The practicality of the product was measured through students’ response questionnaires analyzed using the Mean Ideal and Standard Deviation Ideal (MISBI) method, obtaining an average score of 53.88, which falls into the very practical category. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the developed MEPAS-EHL e-magazine is very valid and very practical, making it appropriate for use as a history learning material in class X of SMAN 2 Palembang.
