PEMANFAATAN FUZZY DELPHI METHOD DALAM PENGEMBANGAN KURIKULUM BINA IMAN ANAK KATOLIK DI PAROKI SANTO PETRUS PALEMBANG
This study aims to develop academically validated Catholic Children Faith Formation Curriculum (BIAK) at Saint Peter Parish in Palembang. The research employed a design research approach using the Hilda Taba curriculum development model, which includes needs analysis, formulation of objectives, selection and organization of learning content, selection and organization of learning experiences, and evaluation. Curriculum validation was conducted through expert validation involving subject matter experts, language experts, and curriculum design experts, as well as the Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM) to obtain expert consensus. The findings indicate that the BIAK program in Saint Peter Parish has been implemented pastorally but lacks a valid curriculum document. Therefore, this study produced a curriculum prototype consisting of theological, philosophical, psychological, socio-cultural, and historical foundations; graduate profiles; learning outcomes; age-based content structure; participatory learning methods; and formative evaluation systems. Validation results demonstrate that the curriculum achieved a very high level of validity with an average score of 95.67% from expert validation and 94% based on the FDM analysis. Thus, the developed curriculum is considered highly valid and to be implemented as a guideline for Catholic children’s faith formation within the Church community.
