KREATIVITAS MENGAJAR TUTOR DALAM MEMBANGUN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA PAKET C DI SPNF SKB OGAN ILIR

This study aims to analyze tutors' creative teaching strategies in fostering learning motivation among Package C students at SPNF SKB Ogan Ilir. Utilizing a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through observation, indepth interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that tutors implemented seven indicators of creativity: variation of methods, use of media, contextual approaches, flexibility in teaching, strategic innovation, participatory interaction, and development of teaching materials. Tutors successfully transformed limited facilities and teaching time into relevant learning opportunities. This creativity significantly enhanced student motivation, shifting it from purely administrative purposes to an internal drive for self-development. This study suggests the need for improved digital facilities and continuous training for tutors to sustain innovat ion in equivalency education
