FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN PEMANFAATAN PROGRAM PENGELOLAAN PENYAKIT KRONIS (PROLANIS) DI PUSKESMAS NAGASWIDAK KOTA PALEMBANG
The Chronic Disease Management Program (Prolanis) is intended for BPJS Kesehatan participants with hypertension and/or type 2 diabetes mellitus, with a target of a Controlled Prolanis Participant Ratio (RPPT) of ≥5% and the use of 75% monthly visits so that participants can get optimal examinations. The Nagaswidak Health Center ranks third lowest in the achievement of RPPT in Palembang City in the second quarter of 2025, which is 2.42% and from monthly visit data, the utilization of Prolanis is 26.87%. This study aims to analyze factors related to the use of Prolanis in the Nagaswidak Health Center. The research method was quantitative cross-sectional design with 127 respondents through purposive sampling. The analysis used was univariate (descriptive statistics), bivariate (chi-square) and multivariate (multiple logistic regression of prediction models). The results of the univariate analysis showed that the majority of respondents did not use Prolanis (55.1%). The results of the bivariate analysis showed that the variables of education, knowledge, accessibility (distance), perception of health workers, perception of family support, and need for services had a p-value of < 0.05. Meanwhile, the variables of age, gender, marital status, number of family members, occupation, and income had a p-value of > 0.05. The results of the multivariate analysis showed that the variable of need for services had the largest Odds Ratio value. In conclusion, factors related to the use of Prolanis include education, knowledge, accessibility (distance), perception of the role of health workers, perception of family support, and service needs. The suggestion for the Nagaswidak Health Center is to reactivate the activities of the Prolanis group, optimize health education and digital reminders (WhatsApp groups) and non-digital reminders (banners, leaflets, monitoring books), and carry out home visits.
