PENGEMBANGAN INSTRUMEN SUSTAINABILITY AWARENESS UNTUK MENDUKUNG PEMBELAJARAN ESD (EDUCATION FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT) PADA MATERI EKOSISTEM KELAS X SMA

This research aims to produce a valid, reliable, and practical Sustainability Awareness instrument to support ESD (Education for Sustainable Development) learning in ecosystems for grade 10 high school students. The research method used is the 4D development model limited to the Develop stage. Data collection was conducted through teacher and student interviews, expert validation, and a student response questionnaire. The analysis of the validation sheet yielded an Aiken's V value of 0.993, categorized as very high. The pilot test results showed that the developed questionnaire produced 23 valid items and 4 invalid items. The reliability test showed a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.828, categorized as high. The practicality test indicated that the questionnaire was very practical, with a score of 3.63. The readability test showed that the questionnaire had a very good readability level, with an index of 92.08%. This instrument can be used by teachers or future researchers to measure students' levels of sustainability awareness and can be used as a consideration in designing appropriate learning strategies to support ESD learning.
