PENGUKURAN TINGKAT KAPABILITAS TATA KELOLA SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN DAERAH MENGGUNAKAN COBIT 5 (STUDI KASUS: BADAN PENGELOLA KEUANGAN DAN ASET DAERAH SEMATERA SELATAN).

This study aims to measure the level of IT governance capabilities of Regional Management Information System (SIMDA) at Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) Sumatera Selatan. Since 2013 until now, no action has been taken to assess the achievement of SIMDA capability levels, so that an assessment or evaluation of IT governance is needed to determine its performance and capability in terms of effectiveness and efficiency for the organization. In measuring this capability level, the COBIT 5 Process Assessment Model (PAM) was chosen and used as a framework because it can be applied to all companies of all sizes. Measurement results of process capability level of IT governance in BPKAD South Sumatra, in the APO01 process is at level 3, the APO04 and APO07 processes are at level 2 and the BAI08 process is at level 1 and level of capability that is expected to level 4.
