ANALISIS NILAI TAMBAH DAN KESEMPATAN KERJA INDUSTRI MAKANAN DAN MINUMAN DI SUMATERA SELATAN

The purpose of this research is to find out the value added, and job opportunity of Food and Beverage industry in South Sumatera. The data has been used are secondary from many sources including Central Bureau of Statistics, Department of Industry and Commerce South Sumatera. The value added and job opportunity of Food and Beverage Industry have trend that more increase. The simple linier regression is used to know the impact of labour to value added. The equation is Ln NT = 0.096667 + 0.815385 Ln TK. The results shows that labor effects significantly of value added with R2 = 83.2713%. The increasing of labor will increase value added.
