This study was aimed at finding out the influence of regional govemment revenues, general fund allocation, and revenues-sharing on the Capital expenditure in South Sumatera. The secondary data namely regional govemment revenues, general allocation fund, revenues-sharing, and Capital expenditure in South Sumatra. The Capital expenditure was the dependent variable, and the regional govemment revenues, general fund allocation, and revenues-sharing were the independent variables. The panel data regression was used to analyze the data. It was found that all the independent variables affected the Capital expenditure in South Sumatra. The regional govemment revenues had significant influence on the Capital expenditure at this province. The general fund allocation had significant influence on the Capital expenditure at the province. The revenuessharing also had significant influence on the Capital expenditure in South Sumatra.
