PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DINAS PENDIDIKAN DAN KEBUDAYAAN KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR SUMATERA SELATAN

This research aims to find out whether there is an effect of interpersonal communication on employee performance at the Departement of Education and Cultural Ogan Ilir Regency South Sumatra. The sample used is the entire population of 65 employees to become the respondents. The data were collected from distributing questionnaries to respondents. The method used in this research is data analysis techniques using simple linear regression analysis. The results of research based on testing indicate that interpersonal communication has a significant effect on employee performance. Therefore, the advice given to leaders is to improve of better employee performance by increase interpersonal communication, for employees expected to maintain good communication between co-workers, improve teamwork, and be able to understand differences of opinion with each other in order to create good performance results.
