This study aims to determine the effect of job stress on employee morale at PT. Citra Nusantara Gemilang (CNG) Hilir Raya Palembang. The variables in this study are job stress as the independent variable and work morale as the dependent variable. The population in this study were all employees, amounting to 44 people. This study uses a saturated sampling technique, and uses primary data obtained through a questionnaire and also uses a simple linear regression analysis method as a data analysis technique. The data obtained were tested by validity, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, t test, analysis of the correlation coefficient (r) and the coefficient of determination (R2).The data in this analysis was processed using the Statistical for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 25 program. The results showed that there was a negative and significant effect between job stress on employee morale at PT. Citra Nusantara Gemilang (CNG) Hilir Raya Palembang.
