This study aims to analyze the influence of incentives on employee performance at PT Bank Neo Commerce Palembang. This research was conducted by quantitative descriptive method, by taking data from all companies of PT Bank Neo Commerce Palembang. The population of this study is all employees of PT Bank Neo Commerce Palembang city as many as 30 people. The analysis technique used in this study is quantitative research data analysis technique. The results of this study showed that incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Bank Neo Commerce Palembang.
