This research about The Influence of Social Capital on Thechnical Irrigation Conflict and The Welfare of Rice Farmers Househholds in Sitiharjo Village Tugumulyo Sub-District MusiRawas Regency. This research aims to: (1) Knowing the technical irrigation conflict in Sitiharjo Village. (2) Knowing the influence of social capital factors on irrigation conflicts in Sitiharjo Village. (3) Knowing the influence of social capital at the micro level (individual/ household) on the welfare of rice farmers' households. The research was conducted in April 2021 in Sitiharjo Village, Tugumulyo District, MusiRawas Regency. Determination of samples using krejcle and morgan method with a sample number of 35 rice farmers. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Research indicators include social capital (trust, social networks and social norms), technical irrigation conflicts, regional access, perceived external environment and the welfare of farmer households consisting of 9 indicators based on Susenas 2011 by the Central Bureau of Statistics. The results of this study show that (1) Irrigation conflicts occur due to the struggle for the utilization of irrigation waterways between rice farmers and breeders of heavy current fish that make reduced water discharge to irrigate rice fields of rice farmers. (2) The variable factors of social capital, namely trust, social networks and social norms, have a significant influence on technical irrigation conflicts. This can be indicated by a coefficient of determination (R square) of 0,223 or 22,3 percent. The value of the coefficient of determination indicates that 22,3 percent of technical irrigation conflicts can be explained by social capital variables. (3) Micro-level social capital variables by incorporating regional and external environmental access factors that are perceived to have a significant influence on the welfare of rice farming households. This can be indicated by a coefficient of determination (R square) of 0,458 or 45,8 percent. The value of the coefficient of determination indicates that 45,8 percent of rice farmer household welfare can be explained by micro-level social capital variables by including the access factors of the region and the perceived external environment.
