PENGARUH INFLASI, NILAI TUKAR DAN SUKU BUNGA TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS PERUSAHAAN JASA SUB SEKTOR PERBANKAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

The purpose of this research is to analyze is the influence of variabel Inflation, Exchange Rate and Interest Rate on the profitability of banking sub-sector service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. The data used is quarterly from march 2016 – December 2020 for each variabel. The analytical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis by using the SPSS statistical program. The results from this study showed that the Inflation and Exchange Rate negatively affect the Bank Profitability (ROA) indicates that the bank will experience a decrease in profit if inflation and exchange rate increase. While Interest Rate is not significantly affect to Bank Profitability (ROA) because an increase in bank rates makes banks increase their lending rates. Practical implications fromthis research is the result of research can be used as information for the company to make decisions. For customers and investors ust pay attention to these variables to avoid the existing risks.
