This study aims to determine the relationship between shyness with self-esteem in unemployment young adulthood. Hypothesis in this study is that there is a relationship between shyness with self-esteem in unemployment young adulthood. This study used 150 participants of unemployment young adulthood. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique. The measuring instruments used is shyness scale which refers to symptoms of shyness by Henderson & Zimbardo (1998) and self-esteem scale that refers to aspects of self-esteem by Coopersmith (1967).
