KARAKTERISASI KANDUNGAN GIZI IKAN LUMAJANG (Cyclocheilichthys enoplos)DI DAERAH ALIRAN SUNGAI MUSI RAWAS

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami komposisi kandungan gizi (kadar air, kadar abu, kadar lemak, kadar protein asam amino dan asam lemak) pada ikan lumajang (Cyclocheilichthys enoplos). Metode yang dipergunakan berupa random sampling, melalui cara mengambil sampel dari berbagai lokasi yaitu kecamatan rawasilir (Bagian Hilir), kecamatan rawas ulu (Bagian Hulu), dan kecamatan muara rupit (Bagian Tengah), kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Data yang dihasilkan menjelaskan ikan lumajang mempunyai kandungan kadar air diantara 60,34%- 75,11%. Kandungan kadar protein yang berkisar 17,74%-19,81%. Kandungan kadar abu berkisar antara 0,13%-0,16%, kandungan kadar lemak berkisar 3,42%- 4,07%. Hasil penelitian filet ikan lumajang mempunyuai kandungan asam amino esensisal (fenilalanin, valin, isoleusin, lisin, leusin, treonin) dan asam amino non�esensial (tirosin, glisin, alanin, arginin, serin, asam glutamate, prolin, asam aspartat). Jenis asam amino esensial dengan kadar paling tinggi dari daging filet ikan lumajang yaitu leusin 17,82 mg/kg. Sedangkan jenis asam amino non-esensial dengan kadar paling tinggi yakniasam glutamat 29,91 mg/kg. Adapun asam lemak jenuh yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini kadar tertinggi yaitu asam lemak palmitat 46,01%. Sementara asam lemak tak jenuh diperoleh pada asam lemak oleat 37,84 mg/kg. Kesimpulan ikan lumajang (Cyclocheilichthys enoplos) yang berasal dari tiga lokasi di Sungai Rawas menunjukkan variasi kandungan gizi yang dipengaruhi oleh kondisi mikrohabitat masing-masing
